Refund & Exchange Policy
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of products received. Any refund or exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way.
- The items should be shipped via the international express.
- Before delivery, if the buyer asks for refund or cancels the order due to the buyer's personal reasons, we will only refund 95% of the total amount, and the 5% paypal handling fee will not be refunded because Paypal will collect this fee.
- Shipping costs for return and exchange are borne by the buyer, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Buyer should be responsible for the handling fee, customs duty fee.

Money will be refunded within 2 working days after the merchandise received and confirmed, buyer should receive the refund payment within 1-7 days based on the payment interface.
